These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. About Us

Bay Area School Guide is a school-information platform operated by MK Group for Bay Area Chinese families. MK Group is a California-based real estate team affiliated with Keller Williams Realty (Equal Housing Opportunity), complying with California real estate regulations and the Fair Housing Act.

· Failures, errors, or service interruptions of third-party services (including but not limited to Google, Feishu/Lark, and third-party school-data providers)
· Losses caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, government action, cyberattacks, etc.)

In any event, MK Group's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you have paid MK Group for services in the preceding 12 months (if any).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MK Group from any claims, losses, lawsuits, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in San Mateo County or Santa Clara County, California.

11. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be refreshed. We will notify you of material changes by site notice or email. Your continued use of the Site after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
